I’m glad you’re here.

 

I created Leadership with Lenka @LeFitko as a space to explore leadership in a thoughtful and reflective way. Leadership is often discussed in terms of strategies, frameworks, and performance, but in my experience it is also deeply connected to how we understand ourselves and relate to others.

 

This platform brings together my interests in leadership development, human behaviour, personal growth, and wellbeing. I believe leadership is not only about developing the right skills, but also about growing the awareness and inner capacity that allows us to use those skills well.

 

Here I share reflections, ideas, and insights through articles and conversations on topics such as leadership development, organisational life, personal growth, and corporate wellbeing.

 

My intention is to create a space that encourages curiosity, reflection, and learning — for anyone interested in becoming a more thoughtful and effective leader.
